River Information Reports
for the past two weeks we have been doing our River information reports and by the way did you know the longest river in the world is the Nile. so anyway we have been doing information reports it has been fun. My river is underground its called the white cave system and it is in Mexico

School camp update
Wainui Campers are Back
(And Tired)
After a long three days of coasteering, orienteering, flying fox, water slide, kayakking and low ropes
on the very first night we had a campfire ad sung quite unusual campfire songs until 9:00pm then trooped back down to base and played spotlight until 9:30 the went straight to bed and that was the first night

School Camp!
School camp in one week
In one week from today we are going on school camp in YMCA Wainui
we will be coasteering, kayacking and so much more and on the first night we will be having a camp fire with chertsey school

Bread rolls
How to make bread rolls
the recipe for this is
200,g strong flour
5,ml spoon salt
7,g packet fast action dried yest
150,ml warm water
Equipment
sieve,mixing bowl,weighing scales,measuring jug,backing tray,palette knife and cooling rack.
Method
1.preheat the oven to 220,C ,gas mark 7. Grease a backing tray.
2.Sieve the flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
3.Add the yeast and sugar.
4.Add the water and mix into a soft dough.
5.Knead the dough for 10 minutes.
6.Divide the dough into 4 and shape into rolls.
7.Place the rolls on the greased baking tray.
8.Cover the rolls and allow to prove for 30 minutes.
9.baking for 10-15 minutes,until golden brown.

How to make puto
1. 2 cups of self-raising flour
2. 1 and 1/2 cups fresh milk
3. 2 eggs
4. 2 TBSP of butter
5. 1 tsp of salt
6. 1/2 cup sugar
7. small cubs of cheese
8. steamer
mix all the ingredients except the cheese, together
in a bowl, then fill in mould cups with cheese
steam for 30 minuets
